The name of this stone seems to have come from the Persian word ‘zargun’ which means ‘golden colored’. This gem comes in several colors and shades out of which the purest is the colorless. This gem can be cleaned with lukewarm water and a mild dish soap using a soft tooth brush for scrubbing. It can then be wiped and pat dry using a soft towel.
