More than 50% of Women suffer from Menstrual Disorders. Menstruation normally ceases at the time of pregnancy or after a certain age. Apart from that When the menstruation is not regular or has any abnormality it can be termed as a menstrual disorder. In other words, these are disorders that interfere with the normal menstrual cycle, causing pain, unusually heavy or light bleeding, or missed periods. As most of us are aware, doing yoga during menstruation is not advisable. Apart from those days women can do yoga. This way yoga treats the root causes of menstrual disorders helping the condition to be cured. Apart from these practicing yoga has numerous other benefits for health.
