I have heard recently about the importance of Raw foods and have learnt a lot more from your Hub. I like raw food except for carrots - I feel like my teeth will fall out. lol. So, I have to steam them a bit.
Great Hub.
I'm a bit nervous about eating raw food where I live! They take too many shortcuts and pump too many nasty things in the air!
Eating raw foods is definitely healthier. thanks for the information.
Yes, raw food is the most healthy diet of all. I am not into it but now I am learning to eat it and love it.

Thanks for such an informative article.
Great hub! As of now I generally eat raw nuts, snacks, olives and these type of things but not full meals. Though, I am definitely planning on preparing more raw meals in the future.
This is correct. Naturopathy insists on this. Atleast, take something raw in the morning, And take other food atleast half an hour later. This helps to maintainyour immunity power very much.
Nice hub. I was just reading about raw diets the other day and found it amazing that people can actually live like that. It sounds great in theory and I can imagine the health benefits, but I would hate giving up my cooked food.
Nice job!

True about the "minimum" utensils and work for that matter.. well.. depends how far you want to take it.. for example consuming green smoothies daily is little work and provides your body with lots of nutrition... but for those trying to transition and mimic their cooked food favourites, it's a little more work.. but the health benefits, glowing skin, extra energy, healthy detox... makes it all worth it...great hub!
